The Salvation Army will be hosting the “Spring Swing Fling Thing” on Saturday March 21, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. The fabulous “Swingin’ on High” band, led by BJ Lupton, will be the feature entertainment and will play tunes by Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington and Benny Goodman, to name a few.
The Stillwater Christian School Jazz Band, under the direction of Brian Phillips, will also be part of the entertainment for the evening. The gymnasium will be dance-ready for those who want to dance.
This free event is a gift to the community by The Salvation Army and the “Swingin’ on High” band, and is for all ages. Refreshments will be provided. The Salvation Army Community Center is located at 110 Bountiful Drive in Kalispell, between Immanuel Lutheran Home and the Brendan House.
